Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring our Center of Excellence customers are satisfied with our Marketing Services. This position plays a crucial role in driving customer retention and growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding our Marketing Services capabilities and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues and concerns, and work with marketing and accounting teams to find solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation, customer retention and growth, and track and report progress.
  • Provide product feedback and insights to the marketing team, and work closely with them to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Create and deliver customer success metrics, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, deliver, and promote service offerings to clients, effectively conveying their value and benefits.
COMPETENCIES (knowledge & skills needed for this position):
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills, with accountability and personal organization being essential.
  • Basic knowledge of Marketing Services, with emphasis on digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of the health care industry is a plus.
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
  • Travel required up to 4 times per year

Salary range $75,000-$85,000 per year (DOE), $75/month cell phone allowance, and the following benefits:
